While Dayglo Fishermen fans around
the world still continue to delight in the band's recently released
album, Queen Of The Sunset City, Dayglo Fishermen are proud to announce
that the production of the next album - the band's 17th - is to commence
this month.
Motivated by the exceptional reception of Queen Of
The Sunset City, Dayglo Fishermen have already been working on ideas
and lyrics for the new album, and are as eager as beavers to start recording.
But they cannot start recording just yet.
Why?
Well, the reason is simple - at the end of this month
Cozmic Studios, Dayglo Fishermen's Buckinghamshire production facility,
is being fitted out with the latest 24-bit digital recording technology.
No, this is not a dream. It's reality.
Once installed, the new equipment will provide a totally
digital domain for Dayglo Fishermen's music - from multitrack to mastering
to duplication - only returning back to analogue when it comes out of
your speakers!
Many fans will find it hard to believe that the quality
of production of Dayglo Fishermens' albums could get any better than
it already is, but with a leap in sound quality as huge as the new equipment
will provide, those fans are in for one fantastic surprise!
The release date of the new album is scheduled for
late 2005. A more precise date will be revealed as soon as possible.
