Dayglo Fishermen's dedication to creativity,
quality and excellence means that new album releases are few and far
between, and the release of the latest album 'I Can See a Boat ... It
No Longer Floats' in October was exception.
Fans
may get infuriated, but at least they are assured of the highest standards
of composition and production when an album is finally released. And
the incredible rarity of a release is a wonderful excuse for a huge
celebration!
Of course, despite all the fan celebrations around
the world, there can be only one official celebration. And that celebration
can be nothing else but the exclusive launch party held by the actual
Dayglo Fishermen band members themselves!
For security reasons this album's launch party, held
at Dayglo Fishermen's Cozmic Studios facility, was kept secret until
the very last moment.
These
exclusive photos show two of the band members, Richard and Peter, about
to knock back one of their favourite beverages.
This was the first time in three years that the two
musicians had spent an evening in their recording facility without actually
composing any music at all.
The next time the band enter the studio the recording
of the next album will begin.
When will that be?
That is yet another secret, but when that secret is
revealed sometime in 2007 it will be another excuse for a huge celebration!
