Dayglo Fishermen - Gallery - Mammoth Studios 2011 to Present


October 2015. The first batch of CDs for the new album, 'Midnight Souls Still Remain', arrive at Mammoth Studios. It is a time of great celebration.

April 2014. The heavily synth-loaded tracks of the new album need the occasional smattering of an acoustic keyboard sound to provide a link to the natural world. The digital piano in Mammoth Studio's piano suite is the perfect instrument for this.

April 2014. Whatever the style or tempo, it is always more relaxing to compose and arrange music on a piano. All the more so if there's a glass of wine within reach.	April 2014. The tenth song for the new album requires some smooth piano chords to fill out the choruses. Mammoth Studio's Yamaha Clavinova is the perfect choice.

May 2013. Layering sounds is a delicate balancing act, and a skill that can take decades to master. The difference between aural heaven and hell can be nothing more than a decibel. Great care must be taken.	May 2013. In the depths of night, as a distant police siren fades to oblivion, Peter cocoons himself in Mammoth Studio's production suite to start work on the new album's tenth song.

September 2011. Peter makes the subtle adjustments required to generate an original and innovative sound for a keyboard solo.

September 2011. Mammoth Studios officially opens. Peter immediately begins work on the drum and synthesiser sections of the new album's first track.
